Video games & Time Management
Introduction:
The health fair blog post that me and my partner created was called video games and time management. It described and stated how video games can affect students learning and affect their performance in school. We’ve mentioned some situations in which video games can be harmful to students brains and how it affects them mentally, physically and how it wastes their time instead of using it wisely with school or being outside and excersizing.
Essential questions:
My partner and i came up with three essential questions and those questions were what type of games students play in their early ages, how gaming can affect students physical health, how gaming can affect them mentally and emotionally. These were the questions we had to answer and come up with good answers and citations that support those answers. My partner and I created a brochure so students can look at it and read them so they can see how video games affect them and how to use their time wisely.
Brochure:
Our brochure talks about the effects of video games and how it can affect them in general and why they should spend less time plying video games and be more active and to focus on their education because education is key to their success. My partner and I both believe that video games can really affect a child’s way of thinking and how it can also affect them emotionally.
Claim:
My partner and I believe that students should spend less in video games and more on their physical and education so they can succeed in life and have a better future for themselves. My partner and I both believe that if students spend less time in video games that they would have a higher chance of graduating high school and attend a four year college right after high school.
The problem with video games is that most of them are to violent for students and their parents should be aware of the risks.
